Important Notices (Nursing Homes)
In order to enhance productivity and ensure a more expedient means of posting work history to the registry, we are transitioning to a paperless system using LARS. Effective April 2, 2012, all Nursing Homes are asked to have a LARS user account created and to begin submitting work history via this system. If any paper NAT-7 forms are received after this date, the registry will accept the forms but will contact you regarding establishing a LARS account.
Facilities will have the opportunity to report work history for CNAs employed by staffing agencies using LARS in the future; however, the registry will continue to accept paper NAT-7 forms submitted for these CNAs in the interim. If you need assistance creating your account, please contact the Nurse Aide Registry.
