As we approach the holidays, there are a few items that we would like to pass along to you. The most frequently asked question recently has been "Will we be able to do all our continuing education online again this year?". While the board has discussed this at the last meeting, we are waiting until our next meeting before we make a decision. However, you are able to complete 9 of the 18 hours online. Therefore, if you would like to complete those prior to the decision, you can do so. Once a decision is made, I will update you under my section. Let me thank each of you for your tireless dedication to our residents during this pandemic and hurricane season. Our thoughts have been with you and your staff in this difficult time.
While this year's re-registration closed on a high note, there are still some of you that are now in suspension and need to re-register prior to the deadline on December 31, 2020. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me by email, office or cell phone. The re-registration form can be found under "Documents". Any late re-registrations must be completed, fees paid (including the late fee) and postmarked no later than December 31st. Failure to do so results in the lapse of licensure. Once your license has lapsed, to reinstate your license, you must meet current eligibility requirements including retaking the state and Nab exams.
