Coping with COVID-19 for Caregivers: A Three-Part Series
LNHA and the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators (LABENFA) invite long-term care professionals to attend a series of three webinars titled "Coping with COVID-19 for Caregivers." The three-part series will include presentations by the following presenters: 1) Pinson & Associates President Bret Pinson on managing stress and burnout during the pandemic; 2) Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) Infectious Disease Epidemiology Section Public Health Epidemiologist Erica Washington, MPH, on infection control; 3) Dr. Jamie Wilkey, Certified Pharmacogenomics Pharmacist on the benefits and efficacy of using Pharmacogenomics in the LTC setting and 4) President of Publish Me Now University Frederick Jones, J.D., discussing the worthiness of nursing facility administrators and the impact they have.
Dates of the webinar series
(Attendees must participate in all three webinars to receive continuing education credits.)
The first webinar in the series will be on March 24, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. CT.
The second webinar in the series will be on March 31, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. CT.
The third webinar in the series will be on April 7, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. CT.
The deadline to register is March 21.
This three-part webinar series has been approved by the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators for 6 hours of continuing education credits.
The registration fee is $185 for attendees.
